The Valet Attendant is responsible for providing a positive first and last impression to each guest arriving and departing the casino entrance. This will include safely relocating guest automobiles to designated parking locations, assisting passengers during the loading and unloading process, and ensuring luggage is handled with care. We are currently looking for a Surveillance Observer to join our team. The Surveillance Observer requires a certain level of expertise, through experience and special training, which qualifies him/her as knowledgeable in casino operations, internal controls, surveillance systems, game protection, cheating techniques, and methods of observation. In addition, he/she must possess a high level of knowledge and understanding of Tribal/Federal minimum internal controls relations, the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act (IGRA), and the Tribal/State Compact. This position will require testing to ensure that the applicant meets the qualifications and skill sets needed to be successful. Testing will include both a gaming knowledge and report writing component.
