The Swinomish Casino & Lodge is a tribal casino located in Anacortes, Washington, USA. The casino features slot machines, table games, as well as a hotel with 98 rooms, an RV park, and several dining options. The casino is owned and operated by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community. SUMMARY:

The exterior tech handles landscaping and ground maintenance activities in designated areas surrounding the facility to include the casino, lodge and RV park. The exterior tech carries out requests and assignments set forth by the exterior tech lead or maintenance supervisor, either verbally or through computerized tracking system, to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks. Work may be based on seasonal priorities, changing weather conditions, and priorities that are subject to change depending on need. The exterior tech has hands-on working knowledge of a variety of tools and equipment to complete assigned tasks, and is able to differentiate the proper use of tools for the task at hand; able to identify, report and proactively handle exterior maintenance issues to get the job done; communicates verbally, or via email/text with team members and provide pass down information on work progress and unresolved issues on a daily basis.
