HOST/HOSTESS - SPORTS BAR - PART TIME


SUMMARY:

Our commitment to excellent guest services is what drives us, and we are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.  We are currently seeking friendly outgoing individuals to serve as Host/Hostess in our dining venues.  The host or hostess coordinates the activities of the dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to patrons.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners.
  • Greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus.
  • Refers complaints of patrons to restaurant manager or supervisor.
  • Inspects dining room serving stations for neatness and cleanliness.
  • Assists bussers and servers when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must obtain a Food Handlers permit within 10 days of employment.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • One to three months related experience or training.
  • Must have good language and presentation skills.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
