SIGNATURE REWARDS REPRESENTATIVE


SUMMARY:

Provides outstanding customer service to casino guests by promoting excellent guest relations while providing information and/or assistance concerning the casino including, general casino information, Signature rewards transactions, data entry, answering and directing calls, assisting guest with kiosks, .  Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when on property.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Greets and assists guests at the Signature Rewards center, Signature Welcome desk and or on the casino floor.
  • Assists in promotions and player events involving the Marketing Department.
  • Always stays familiar with promotions, events, games and casino happenings to keep guests well informed.
  • Provides information regarding casino services including: Valet, Gaming, Dining, Stay and Play, RV Park and events.
  • Promotes Signature Rewards program to the guest by accurately explaining the functions of the kiosks and the benefits of being a member.
  • Assists guests in completing all kiosk functions.
  • Distributes age indicating wrist bands at the Signature Welcome desk.
  • Makes announcements on the casino AV system.
  • Maintains communication with department supervisors though daily shift reports.
  • Maintains and assures the proper handling and routing of all paperwork.
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by Swinomish Casino or a guest of the Casino.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist Valet when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by an immediate Supervisor.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One to three years of related experience and/or training.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have an outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience with multi-line telephones and computer skills desired. Must be able to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Experience working with the public and providing a professional image a must. Must have the ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick-shift) vehicles.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Must have a mature judgment and the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • A Washington State Class III Gaming License from the Swinomish Tribal Gaming Agency is required.
