SUMMARY:
The Food Court Cashier is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest’s food and beverage purchases, in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment. No experience necessary. We will Train.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Greets guests and efficiently processes food and beverage orders and purchase through the Point of Sale system.
- Maintains the accountability and security of their individual cash drawer.
- Stocks and cleans workstation to ensure presentable products.
- Ensures and collects appropriate guest payment for food and beverage service.
- Portions foods and prepares beverages in accordance with unit specifications.
- Maintains a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
- Communicates in a positive, respectful manner to both internal and external guests.
- Builds and maintains knowledge of food and beverage offerings to ensure all questions are answered appropriately and accurately.
- Must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events and varied schedules per business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume quick service environment is preferred.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 50 pounds.
- Must obtain a valid food handlers card.
